The service fee covers administrative processing and submission of the eTA application.

Once the application has been submitted to the Government of Canada, the service fees become non-refundable.

If the client cancels before submission, a full refund may be granted upon request.

A refusal of an eTA by the Government of Canada does not entitle the client to a refund, as the service has been provided.
